A person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association may not assume or use the title or designation of licensed master electrician, master electrician, licensed journeyman electrician, journeyman electrician, licensed residential electrician, residential electrician, licensed electrician, or electrician unless qualified and licensed under this chapter.
