37-68-308: Licensure without examination of persons licensed locally.

The board may authorize the department to issue a license as a master electrician, journeyman electrician, or residential electrician to an applicant without written examination on satisfactory proof that the applicant has the qualifications to apply for a license under this chapter and is the holder of a valid license issued by a city or other political subdivision of this state which provides for the examination and licensing of electricians.
