37-69-103: No penalty for hiring unlicensed plumber.

This chapter may not be construed as imposing a penalty on any unlicensed person for hiring or contracting with an unlicensed person to do work in the field of plumbing. However, a person who engages in the field of plumbing at a time when the person is not licensed is subject to the penalties imposed by this chapter.
