37-69-402: Requirements for installation of medical gas piping.

(1) A person may not install pipe used solely to transport gases used for medical purposes unless the person holds a valid medical gas piping installation endorsement pursuant to 37-69-401.

(2) A violation of this section is punishable pursuant to 37-1-109.
