37-7-402: Penalty for violation of provisions on sale or prescription of opiates, coding, refilling.

Any person found guilty of the violation of 37-7-401 shall be punished for each separate offense (and each and every individual case shall constitute a separate offense) by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than 60 days or more than 100 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
