37-73-202: Apprenticeship allowed.

This chapter does not prohibit a person from working as an apprentice with an elevator mechanic licensed under this chapter and under rules adopted by the department. The name and residence of each apprentice and the name and residence of the apprentice's employer must be filed with the department, and a record must be kept by the department showing the name and residence of each apprentice.
