37-9-201: Organization and compensation of board.

CHAPTER 9. NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS
Part 2. Board of Nursing Home Administrators

(1) The board shall elect from its membership a presiding officer, vice presiding officer, and secretary-treasurer and shall adopt rules to govern its proceedings.

(2) Each board member must receive compensation and travel expenses as provided for in 37-1-133.
