39-31-105: Administrative procedure act applicable -- conduct of hearing.

All hearings and appeals must be in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act. Hearings and appeals may be conducted by telephone or by videoconference, with the consent of the necessary parties.
