- Part 2. Employment of Strikebreakers
A person convicted of violating 39-33-201, 39-33-202, or 39-33-203 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1,000 or more than $5,000 or by imprisonment for not less than 1 or more than 2 years. A person convicted of violating 39-33-204 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
