39-7-307: Acceptance of funds by administrator of local program.

The administrator of the local displaced homemaker program may accept, use, and dispose of all grants or contributions of money, services, and property for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part. Such grants or contributions may include grants or in-kind contributions from a local governmental unit.
