41-5-125: Confidentiality of youth placement committee meetings and records.

(1) Meetings of a youth placement committee are closed to the public to protect a youth's right to individual privacy.

(2) Information presented to the committee about a youth and committee records are confidential and subject to confidentiality requirements established by the court.
