41-5-346: Limitation on placement of delinquent youth.

After a probable cause hearing provided for in 41-5-332, a youth alleged to be a delinquent youth may be placed only:

(1) in shelter care, in the facilities described in 41-5-347;

(2) under home arrest as provided in 41-5-347;

(3) in detention, as provided in 41-5-348; or

(4) in a community youth court program.
