44-4-1704: Sexual assault response network program coordinator -- establish -- general duties.

(1) The department of justice shall employ a sexual assault response network program coordinator.

(2) The program coordinator shall administer the powers and duties of the program and committee as provided for in 2-15-2035 and this part.
