44-5-104: Relationship to other statutes.

Laws requiring disclosure of public records, writings, or information are not superseded by this chapter unless clearly inconsistent with its specific language. Laws requiring confidentiality of information contained in records or writings are not superseded by this chapter, which applies only when information may be disclosed consistent with such laws.
