46-18-1005: Home arrest -- responsibility for own living expenses -- government benefits.

A person serving a sentence under conditions of home arrest is responsible for food, housing, clothing, and medical care expenses and is eligible for government benefits to the same extent as a person on probation, parole, or conditional discharge.
