46-31-203: Coordinator of agreement.

The governor shall appoint an officer of this state as coordinator of this agreement who, acting jointly with like officers of party states, shall promulgate rules to carry out more effectively the terms and provisions of this chapter and who shall provide within and without the state information necessary to the effective operation of this agreement.
