46-9-115: Release ordered by court where charge not pending.

If release is ordered or bail is accepted by a court other than the court in which the charge is pending, any bonds, instrument of ownership, or money posted and a written statement of other conditions of release must be delivered without delay to the court in which the charge is pending.
