5-12-304: Employees and consultants.

The legislative fiscal analyst may engage personnel and consultants to fulfill the duties of the division within the limits of appropriations for the division. The legislative fiscal analyst may define the duties of personnel engaged and shall fix the salaries of employees in accordance with the rules for classification and pay adopted by the legislative council.
