- Part 2. Licensing
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), licenses expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued unless canceled for cause.
(2) If the board of review adopts a renewal date for licenses under this chapter, the licenses expire on the anniversary date established by rule by the board of review.
(3) Licenses are not transferable.
