50-6-206: Consent.

An emergency care provider may not be subject to civil liability for failure to obtain consent in performing acts as authorized in this part to any individual regardless of age when the patient is unable to give consent and there is no other person present legally authorized to consent, provided that the acts are in good faith and without knowledge of facts negating consent.
