50-60-512: Department authorized to order work stopped for noncompliance.

Whenever any work is being done contrary to the provisions of the state plumbing code, the department of labor and industry or its authorized representative may, after a hearing conducted under the provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act, order work stopped by notice in writing served on any person engaged in the work.
