50-73-404: Right of employees' representative and mine owner to accompany department during inspection.

The employees' representative has the right to accompany the department in making an official mine inspection. The owner or operator has the right to personally accompany the department while inspecting the owner's or operator's property or to designate someone to accompany the department.
