52-3-102: Grants and gifts to department.

The department of public health and human services may receive on behalf of the state any grant from the federal government or any grant or gift from any source and accept the grant or gift so that the title will pass to the state. All grants, grants-in-aid, or gifts must be deposited with the state treasurer and must be continuously available to the department.
