53-2-207: Power of department in administering state and federal funds.

In administering or supervising any state or federal funds appropriated or made available to the department for public assistance purposes, the department may:

(1) make use of all legal processes to enforce the standards prescribed for public assistance purposes by the department; and

(2) require that each part of the public assistance laws be in effect in all counties of the state.
