53-6-159: Permitted disclosure of information obtained in medicaid fraud control unit investigations.

Records, documents, and other information obtained in the course of an investigation by the medicaid fraud control unit or its agents, employees, or attorneys may be disclosed:

(1) in accordance with the Montana Criminal Justice Information Act of 1979, as provided in Title 44, chapter 5; and

(2) to a medicaid agency for purposes related to administration of the medicaid program.
