53-6-1605: Rulemaking.

The department of public health and human services may adopt rules to carry out the cost reporting provisions of 53-6-1602 through 53-6-1604, including rules on:

(1) the costs a medicaid service provider must report to the department;

(2) the report format; and

(3) the deadline for the department to file the report.
