61-10-225: Disposition of fees collected by county treasurer.

The county treasurer shall transmit the fees provided for in 61-10-222 to the state, as provided in 15-1-504, for deposit to the credit of the department of transportation in the highway restricted account provided for in 15-70-126. The remittance must be made on forms furnished to the county treasurer by the department of transportation.
