61-2-208: Equipment safety commission funds.

(1) Pursuant to Article VI(1) of the compact, the vehicle equipment safety commission shall submit its budgets to the state budget director.

(2) Pursuant to Article VI(5) of the compact, the department of administration may inspect the accounts of the vehicle equipment safety commission.
