61-3-727: Fleet registration -- denial when no reciprocity.

The department may refuse to accept proportional registration applications for the registration of motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers based in another jurisdiction or owned by residents of another jurisdiction if the department finds that the other jurisdiction does not grant similar registration privileges to fleet motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers based in or owned by residents of this state.
