67-11-231: Airport property -- acquisition by eminent domain.

In the acquisition of property by eminent domain proceedings authorized by this chapter, an airport authority shall proceed as provided in Title 70, chapter 30. The municipality is not precluded from abandoning the proceedings in any case in which possession of the property has not been taken.
