69-4-512: Judicial review.

(1) An excavator subject to repair costs may have repair costs reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction.

(2) An excavator or underground facility owner subject to a civil penalty in accordance with 69-4-524 or 69-4-525 may have the civil penalty reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction as provided in 2-4-702.
