- Part 1. Regulation of Rates by Municipality
(1) A party to a municipal rate hearing may appeal the decision of the municipality to the district court in whose jurisdiction the municipality lies.
(2) A person may appeal the adoption or application of municipal utility rules to the district court in whose jurisdiction the municipality lies.
