7-10-106: Regional resource authority -- certificate of incorporation or expansion from secretary of state.

Within 10 days of receiving a copy of the resolution described in 7-10-105, the secretary of state shall issue a certificate stating that the regional resource authority has been established or expanded under the laws of the state of Montana. The secretary of state shall file a copy of the certificate with the clerk and recorder in each county in which the authority is located.
