7-12-2104: Sufficiency of description in resolution of intention.

In all resolutions, notices, orders, and determinations subsequent to the resolution of intention and notice of improvements, it shall be sufficient to briefly describe the work or the assessment district or both and to refer to the resolution of intention for further particulars.
