7-12-4134: Special provision for paving street in which car tracks are located.

Where the special improvement contemplated is the paving of a street in which car tracks have been constructed, the city shall have the power and authority to order the general character of the material between the rails and 1 foot on each side of the rails to be of a different kind from that used in the remainder of the street. The general character of the material to be used between the car tracks and 1 foot on each side of the rails shall be described in the resolution of intention in the same manner as the general character of the material used for the rest of the contemplated pavement.
