7-12-4166: Land fronting excepted work not subject to assessment.

The lots or portions of lots fronting upon excepted work referred to in 7-12-4117, already done, shall not be included in the assessment for the class of work from which the exception is made, provided that this shall not be construed so as to affect the special provisions as to grading contained in 7-12-4167.
