7-12-4180: Improvement district maintenance fund.

The money collected from the assessment provided for in 7-12-4179 shall be paid into a fund known as special improvement district No. .... maintenance fund, the number of which shall correspond with the number of the special improvement district in which the improvements so maintained are situated.
