7-12-4246: Determination of cost of improvements.

The governing body of the municipality in determining the cost of said improvement may include estimated costs of the issuance of said bonds; all engineering, inspection, fiscal, and legal expenses; cost of the parking meters; and interest which it is estimated will accrue during the construction period and for 6 months thereafter on money borrowed or which it is estimated will be borrowed for the special improvements for which bonds are issued.
