7-12-4257: Appeal from district court to supreme court.

From any judgment or decree entered under 7-12-4256, an appeal may be taken to the supreme court at any time within 10 days from the entry of such judgment in the manner prescribed by the code of civil procedure governing appeals from the district court to the supreme court.
