7-13-103: Sufficiency of description in resolution of intention.

In all resolutions, notices, orders, and determinations subsequent to the resolution of intention and notice of improvements, it shall be sufficient to briefly describe the work or the metropolitan sanitary and/or storm sewer district, or both, and to refer to the resolution of intention for further particulars.
