7-13-126: Notice of resolution to assess and levy tax for making improvements -- protest.

(1) A notice, signed by the county clerk and stating that the resolution levying a special assessment to defray the cost of making the improvements is on file in the office of the county clerk and is subject to inspection, must be published as provided in 7-1-2121.

(2) The notice must state the time and place in which objections to the final adoption of the resolution will be heard by the board of county commissioners.
