7-14-1633: Election required to impose mill levy.

(1) Before the levy provided for in 7-14-1632 may be made, the question must be submitted to a vote of the people at an election held pursuant to 15-10-425.

(2) Notice of the election, clearly stating the amount and the purpose of the levy, must be given, and the election must be conducted in accordance with Title 13, chapter 1, part 5.
