7-14-2405: Performance bond to be given by successful bidder.

Before entering upon performance of the work, the contractor shall comply with the requirements of Title 18, chapter 2, part 2. For the purposes of those sections with relation to contracts with the board, a contract shall not be completed until the board, while formally convened, affirmatively accepts all of the work thereunder.
