7-14-2613: Notice to district supervisor of opening or alteration of county road.

When a county road is to be opened, established, constructed, changed, abandoned, or discontinued, the county clerk shall notify the supervisor of the proper district and furnish the supervisor with a certified copy of the order of the board.
