7-14-4405: Bids for bus service contracts authorized -- operation of bus service.

The city or town council shall have power and authority to call for bids from independent carriers for such transportation service authorized by 7-14-4401(1)(b) and to do all things necessary or proper for establishment and maintenance of such transportation service by contract, lease, or lease and operating agreement.
