7-15-4465: Payments by housing authorities to local and state bodies.

Notwithstanding any limitations in this or any other law, any housing authority may agree to make such payments to the county, city, or municipality, the state or any political subdivision or agency thereof (which payments such bodies are hereby authorized to accept) as the authority finds consistent with the maintenance of the low-rent character of housing projects or the achievement of the purposes of this housing authorities law.
