7-16-2101: Construction and maintenance of county cultural, social, and recreational facilities.

The board of county commissioners has jurisdiction and power, under such limitations and restrictions as are prescribed by law, to cause a civic center, a youth center, park buildings, museums, recreation centers, and any combination thereof to be erected, furnished, and maintained.
