7-16-4225: Park fund to be maintained.

All money raised by tax for park purposes or received by the board of park commissioners for the sale of hay, trees, or plants; from the leasing of park lands; or from any other source shall be paid into the city treasury. The city treasurer shall keep all such money in a separate fund to be known as the park fund.
