7-2-4920: Payment of costs and expenses from special county fund.

All costs and expenses of ascertaining information and all other costs and expenses incurred by the board of county commissioners in the execution of the powers and duties of managing the affairs of the disincorporated city or town provided for in this part shall be paid out of the special fund in the county treasury.
