7-33-4131: Firefighter's rights in event of city-county consolidation.

A firefighter employed by a fire department established as required by law in a city or town of the county prior to the election and qualification of a commission under part 11 or parts 12 and 13 of chapter 3 or other acts of consolidation or disincorporation has the same job tenure rights as though no election and qualification had taken place.
